Client came in to see Mr. Kent after having 3 prior convictions for DUI in the last 10 years, and a new case charging client with a felony DUI with collision, hit & run, drug possession and driving on ... a suspended license. Although the drug level in the client's blood came back above the lethal dose per the expert, Mr. Kent was able to resolve the case for a residential rehabilitation facility in lieu of the 2 years in state prison the prosecutor desired. Saving the client from jail, and, hopefully, the client from further transgressions.
