After Mr. Kent thoroughly reviewed the case, it was determined that there ... was a 4th Amendment search and seizure issue in regard to the legality of the blood draw. That issue was litigated, and the judge suppressed the blood results! Without the blood results, the prosecutor determined they could not prove the case and dismissed!
