i need more evidence.
I have very lil medical history thats why i wanted to hire a lawyer. But Berkley said when i build more evidence he can help. I think if i had enough evidence i wouldnt need a lawyer. I am now searchin a new lawyer.

Replied last August 26, 2014I am sorry you were not satisfied with my response. Please understand the Social Security Laws require proof of Objective Medical Evidence. Likewise we can not invent it. As a result we represent Disabled Individuals that we know we can help win their benefits. It would be a disgrace to the practice to take every case simply because an individual believes they are disabled even though the evidence does not support it. Our practice credo observes practicing the law to the highest standards of morality.

Do not use this firm if you want to win!! My attorney Clifford Berkley did almost nothing to win my case. He spoke for about 2 minutes during my hour long ALJ hearing.
