Do not use this firm if you want to win!! My attorney Clifford Berkley did almost nothing to win my case. He spoke for about 2 minutes during my hour long ALJ hearing. He did not submit crucial evidence I sent him which would have helped my case. To top it off, he quit on me when I did not win at the... ALJ level. Instead of actually working to be paid his 6K, he quit. He did little to no work and was just looking to make a fast 6K if I had won my case. He is Benjamin Berkley's son, apparently following in his fathers footsteps even though he has no business being a lawyer. Buyer beware! There are many other social security lawyers in San Diego who will do a better job for you.
