When I hired mr Hernandez he came across as someone who communicates and keeps his word of course he was getting 3000 on the spot So why not tell me everything I need to hear to trust him with my case right! ? Unfortunately hiring him was a mistake yet alone there was 1000 more paid on the spot f...or this case That has yet to be resolved. Tell me why I can never get a hold of him? And every time I tried He would say” I’m sorry I had another client whose case was more of an emergency than yours.” Am I not as important??? He sent another attorney who had no knowledge to my case Last min and I lost a restraining order all due to the fact that this attorney was not prepared The attorney said” I wish Chris would’ve told me more about your case” this is so unprofessional Yes he comes across as a respectful honest man but it’s all a phase Once you pay him good luck! You will have to do the chasing if you want any questions answered or anything resolved Please don’t waste your time I would not recommend I’m still trying to get my case resolved

Christopher Hernandez is a very good attorney. I was facing a felony DUI and assault charge and was referred to Chris' Riverside office right away. Chris successfully wobbled down my case to a misdemeanor DUI, with the assault being dismissed. After the fact I was facing troubles start...ing my medical school program with the DUI on my record. I immediately hired Chris to help with the termination of my probation early and expunging my record. In a short time frame, he successfully had my record cleaned and now I can start my schooling with no issues. Chris is very accessible, and worked diligently and quickly on my case. During my court dates, he appeared to have a good history with the judges, getting along very well with them, which most likely helped my case on many levels. Chris and his office staff were always very friendly and all were very hands on and worked diligently with me, treating me as a top priority and continually reaching out to me with advice and reminders along the way. In terms of costs, I would say that Chris' services were justifiably priced. He is very open to working with clients in terms of payment plans that are accessible for just about everyone, while also offering quick and easy forms of payment (i.e. Venmo, Zelle, etc.). While I certainly hope that I won't need Chris' services again, I know that, if necessary, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He has my highest recommendation.

When I had to get a court order to establish a restraining order to protect my children and myself first time the defendant hired an "ambulance chaser" and did everything they could to prevent the restraining order, Christopher helped me arrange all the evidences, coach me through the whole process a...nd won the case in court with one court date!
