This guy just takes you're down payment of $3000 and then does nothing for you. He will tell my husband and I that he had another client whose case was more important and wouldn't show up to our court days. He sends a back up who knows nothing about the case. It's hard to get ahold of him and when yo...u do he reply by telling us he hasn't looked into anything yet. He likes to preach about being there for you and then goes M.I.A on you. Don't waste you're time and money on this man. I feel like half these reviews are fake.

To say the Law office of Christopher Hernandez is the BEST is an absolute understatement! Not only is he the BEST Attorney that I ever met but he is honest and fair. He was attentive to my needs and went over and beyond to help me obtain legal guardianship over my sister after my mom’s passing due... to covid. I wasn’t in any position to deal with all the legalities nor the numerous court documents that was needed. Mr. Hernandez took my case and handled all matters in a timely fashion. His staff are warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable and secure. I can’t thank them enough for his outstanding service. My family and I will definitely be using his Law office again for any legal services we shall need.

Grate Attorney he has helped me to go from monitored visit to more time with my Daughter and No monitored visiting as well as overnight visit and helped to establish a payment plane and the Bigest thing has been that i only had visiting every other weekend and know he helped me to establish Joint Cus...tody with Over Night Visit before the Restraining Order fell off and we our now on our way to establish Full Custody and i am confident that we will be successful because of his professional work ethic and him being a successful Family man i am Blessed to have him as my Family Law Attorney and is Very Highly Recommended by me ......

Christopher was very professIonal. He was upfront and clear with expectations right from the get go. He explained to us in detail what the plan was and what he expected from us to deliver the results we were looking for. When I hired mr Hernandez he came across as someone who communicates and keeps his word of course he was getting 3000 on the spot So why not tell me everything I need to hear to trust him with my case right! ? Unfortunately hiring him was a mistake yet alone there was 1000 more paid on the spot f...or this case That has yet to be resolved. Tell me why I can never get a hold of him? And every time I tried He would say” I’m sorry I had another client whose case was more of an emergency than yours.” Am I not as important??? He sent another attorney who had no knowledge to my case Last min and I lost a restraining order all due to the fact that this attorney was not prepared The attorney said” I wish Chris would’ve told me more about your case” this is so unprofessional Yes he comes across as a respectful honest man but it’s all a phase Once you pay him good luck! You will have to do the chasing if you want any questions answered or anything resolved Please don’t waste your time I would not recommend I’m still trying to get my case resolved
