This guy just takes you're down payment of $3000 and then does nothing for you. He will tell my husband and I that he had another client whose case was more important and wouldn't show up to our court days. He sends a back up who knows nothing about the case. It's hard to get ahold of him and when yo...u do he reply by telling us he hasn't looked into anything yet. He likes to preach about being there for you and then goes M.I.A on you. Don't waste you're time and money on this man. I feel like half these reviews are fake.

Where to begin.. Mr Hernandez has debunked almost every stereotype that’s associated with lawyers (expensive, insensitive to needs/details, punctual), all but one; he wins!
