Over a year ago, I had received a 5150 that was put on the California DOJ list. The DOJ came to my house asking for my guns and I had referred them to my attorney. They did not like that. The bottom line is that he created a strategy which allowed me to get the charges dismissed prior to my arraignment. Getting the charges dismissed prior to the arraignment is much easier then afterwards so he was able for one reason or another to have my arraignment postponed several times. It was never about the money for him it was about the best outcome for my case and my freedom. So going from the possibility of doing three years in prison to A complete dismissal is awesome.
