Great attorney

I never post reviews but Mr. Medina definitely deserves one. He is the best attorney I've ever met. Period. I had bad experiences with other lawyers before but with him everything is different. He is constantly available and he is always ready to assist you and guide you. He does his job with an incr...edible passion and he genuinely cares about his clients and their cases. I can't say enough words to recommend him and his firm. He will go above and beyond to help and support you through all the process!

Excellent!!!!

my dad has been here since 1987. He never got into any trouble but ICE just took him last week! Thank you so much Mr. Medina for helping us getting my dad out of detention! You work so hard to help us out! We really appreciate that!

Very GOOOOD Attorney!

I was convicted under PC 311.11(a) more than 10 years ago. I went through the immigration court and BIA but all got denied. I asked more than 5 different immigration attorneys and they all told me that my case is dead end, no hope at all. My church friend told me to contact Charles because he is ver...y experienced. I gave him all my documents before I met him. In the meeting, he explained to me the facts, the law and my options! No one ever explained that to me before! At the end, he told me that a recent change of law in the 9 circuit might help my case even though its still difficult. We decided to try because I want to stay here with my family. From the beginning, Charles was very nice. He gave us detailed instruction on what to do and what kinds of documents he needs. Whenever we have questions, he or his assistant will help us right away. I had a bit doubt at the beginning but then I became more confident on him. After more than 1 year fighting with the circuit court, we finally WON the case!!!!! I can’t believe that! I still remember the day he called me and told me that my case is over! I finally got my green card back! Thank YOU sooooo much Charles!!!!

Very good attorney!

My dad petitioned me 19 years ago. Unfortunately he passed away after we waited for more than 10 years. I didn’t know what to do. I read an article written by Attorney Medina about INA 204(l). I was not sure whether there is still hope for my case. I made an appointment with Attorney Medina. He is v...ery nice and knowledgeable. He explained to me what is INA 204(l) and how will it help my case. I am so glad I found the right attorney to help me out. Thank you Attorney Medina. God Bless You!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
