William Alfred Hinz

Bill, Talked a big game however he never delivered, He was given information from day one and did not even set up a court date for arrears. He Told me it would cost me up front 500.00 for child who was over 18, 1200.00 for child visitation and 700.00 for Arrears of child payment. I have paid over 280...0.00 and we never even went to court!!!!!!!!!!He does not return phone calls or answer his e-mail, today I let Gloria know I was firing him and will be calling the state bar as well as taking him to court. I have never been so disapointed in my life and I hope he chooses another line of work because he has no right being an attorney...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I would have never met this attorney. Once he got my money he was basically done with me. He doesn't answer phone calls or emails. He lied to me in trial and misled so we would settle with the opposition and not go before the judge. He represented somebody else at the same day and time w...e were in court but still charged me for the full 3 hours we were there in court. I have made a new court date to try and modify the mess he has made of my case. It's going take another 4 months and $1000.00 to fix his mess. If you are thinking about hiring him I would tell you to run the other way!

Divorce is a difficult emotional journey. I consulted Mr. Hinz when my situation became too challenging to handle without representation. Mr. Hinz was fair and ethical thru the negotiation and trial process, protecting me from unreasonable expectations and demands by the opposing attorney. I've recommended Mr. Hinz to family members and received his services in other matters and will continue to do so when needed.
