Good job William Hinz. You wrote your rebuttal to the complaint filed against me without even seeing the filing. Two hours later the Court turned down their request as having no basis and we laughed all the way home. You were a hoot and thanks for recovering my loot. Will work with you again somed...ay.

I wish I would have never met this attorney. Once he got my money he was basically done with me. He doesn't answer phone calls or emails. He lied to me in trial and misled so we would settle with the opposition and not go before the judge. He represented somebody else at the same day and time w...e were in court but still charged me for the full 3 hours we were there in court. I have made a new court date to try and modify the mess he has made of my case. It's going take another 4 months and $1000.00 to fix his mess. If you are thinking about hiring him I would tell you to run the other way!

Mr. Hinz hired me to do law clerk project work when I was a stay-at-home mom/wife with two young daughters living in Rancho Santa Margarita with a fax machine and a small law library(graduation gift from my parents) to earn extra income for our small family. I remember one of the projects Mr. Hinz an...d I completed was a motion for summary judgment and he won the case for his client with one efficient legal maneuver. On the rare occasion when I would need to drive from RSM to drop off or pick up legal work, his secretary, who lived in the Whittier/Santa Fe Springs area, would meet me near her home so I didn't have to drive the distance to the Brea/La Habra office with my small children. The kids and I could also visit our grandparents who lived in SFS on the same trip.
