Two hours later the Court turned down their request as having no basis and we laughed all the way home. You were a hoot and thanks for recovering my loot. Will work with you again somed...ay.

I would definitely NOT recommend attorney William (Bill) Hinz. We hired Bill Hinz for a modification to a current child visitation order, and to establish custody for a second child (two separate cases at the same time.) Bill and his secretary Gloria gave us the run around for months. They were ra...rely in the office when I would call and even when I was able to get a hold of Gloria, I was always rushed off the phone with no real answers to any of my questions. During the actual court hearing, Bill Hinz did not look out for our (his client’s) best interest and even left out very important specific items that we had requested to be included our court order. We in turn had to hire a new attorney to re-submit both of our child custody court orders to have them corrected. It was a waste of both my time and money hiring Bill Hinz. I was very unsatisfied with the level of service I received from both Bill Hinz and his staff.

I never write reviews, but after working with Mr Hinz I had to. Before walking into his office I was scared and wasn't sure what was in my future. After contacting a few attorneys I knew immediately Mr Hinz was the attorney for me. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain things so I could under...stand. I was shocked when he told me he was able to get my case dismissed. I strongly suggest Mr. Hinz to anyone looking for an attorney.

Bill, Talked a big game however he never delivered, He was given information from day one and did not even set up a court date for arrears. He Told me it would cost me up front 500.00 for child who was over 18, 1200.00 for child visitation and 700.00 for Arrears of child payment. I have paid over 280...0.00 and we never even went to court!!!!!!!!!!He does not return phone calls or answer his e-mail, today I let Gloria know I was firing him and will be calling the state bar as well as taking him to court. I have never been so disapointed in my life and I hope he chooses another line of work because he has no right being an attorney...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
