I hired Mr. Efron as an Divorce attorney, and he was an absolute nightmare, he would charge me for speaking to me about the bill, as he always overcharged me, and he cancelled hearings on me because he was too busy. He charged me upwards of 20k and he did zero for me. He would never get back to me ei...ther, I would have leave 10 voicemails and 20 emails for him to get back to me, he said he was too busy always. The worst of all, he totally abandoned my case, he gaslighted me by saying he would help me out by subing him out and sub him back in on April when I had a hearing, when I called to sub him back in, he said sorry he was too busy, and that he advises me to get another attorney, what kind of human being does this, after he subbed me out, he proceeds to charge my credit card $400 for giving me my file...wow!! I have filed a complaint with the Ca Bar Association. This guy is a thief and fraud, BEWARE!!

What ever you do. Do not go through a Divorce representing yourself. The Courts do not care about you. Only your Attorney Does. Mr. Efron and Sandra his assistant are the BEST!!!!!!

Michael B. Efron and his team were instrumental during my divorce. I have seen some of my close friends going through that process, which is difficult, than having to deal with the legal process and the attorneys they hired. He is knowledgeable, experienced and will never tell you what you want to hear, but the reality of your case, based on the law and your circumstances. I wish my friends had found a lawyer like him, but I am extremely glad I did.

Mr. Efron did a great job getting my divorce handled. He took time to explain when I had any questions, and always made sure my interests were looked after and protected. Just be sure that you are aware going in that you will need to hire another attorney to draft QDRO’s to divide any retirement /... pension funds. This was not explained in advance and came as an unexpected expense that I was not prepared for. I am sure it was something he assumed I would know, but I was clueless. I would highly recommend Mr. Efron.
