Replied last April 07, 2021The above post leaves out facts which materially change the above post. After the "court" removed the child from "Mike", the court also suspended his legal custody and parenting time. The "court" then placed the child with his Mother. I received a phone call from "Mike's" attorney on Saturday the 13th of February and as soon as that call ended, I contacted Mother's attorney and made arrangements to have the "older brother" removed from her home. On February 18th the court issued an order confirming the removal of the older brother from Mother's home.
