Robert is a great DUI attorney he dropped my DUI case down to a wet reckless with minimal probation.

I am a law school graduate going through the CA Bar Moral Application process. Unfortunately, during that period, I was arrested and charged with DUI. Being convicted with a DUI, you get a minimum of 3 years probation and this meant I had to kiss my chances of becoming an attorney for a long time. F...actually, the prosecutor had a very strong case against me. So Robert had to put in motion his special negotiation skills and his know how. Fortunately, almost a year after my arrest, Robert and his team were able to negotiate a plea of "wet reckless" which carried with it only 1 year probation, but terminable in 6 months as long as I have not committed another offense and have complied with the fees, etc. I recommend him and his team highly as they are very professional and knowledge in this field of practice.

Terrible service

I signed a retainer with this attorney. He dropped me like a hot potato and didn't want to inform me of his decision. He has either very poor recollection of events or perhaps chooses to lie about them especially when they can easily be checked. When I asked him for a refund of the fees, he offered... me half. I demanded a full refund on the basis of his decision to breach our contract as well performing absolutely nothing on my behalf in & outside of court. I had to go through the hassle of taking him to the State Bar for arbitration
