I have been practicing exclusively criminal law for nearly 16 years and have handled nearly 5000 cases. I am very familiar with the court system, judges, and prosecutors. He has represented well over 5,000 clients in the criminal court system and at the DMV. He has handled nearly every type of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors up to serious felonies, including murder cases. He has helped thousands of clients avoid jail. He has worked hard for his clients to have charges reduced and in many instances the entire case dismissed.
Mr. Hickey has handled hundreds of drug cases and assisted clients with the assistance of rehabilitation programs to become sober and overcome their addictions. In most drug cases clients have been able to entirely avoid doing time in jail after demonstrating their commitment to remaining sober.
History
Established in 1997.
After graduating from law school in 1996, Robert Hickey worked for the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Hickey went into private practice in 1997 and has handled nothing but criminal cases since. He has purposely kept his practice small so that he can personally handle every aspect of every case.
