Rhonda Diane Ellifritz

I unfortunately used her for 1.5 weeks and in such a short time, she managed to burn through my retainer fee for useless tasks, mostly, scanning paperwork. She does not have any secretary so she charged her attorney fee to do menial work, like copying and scanning. A major disaster happened after fil...ing for divorce and I quickly realized that she was neither capable nor interested in handling my case. Needless to say, I switched attorneys. She seemed not only uninterested but annoyed that I needed help. Unless you want to spend a lot on your case for no apparent reason, I would not hire her.

Well Rhonda was my second attorney. After getting ripped off by a local fountain valley firm that did nothing but take my money. I found Rhonda and felt very comfortable with her from the beginning. Not only did she explain everything to me, but she was very thorough and worked very hard in solving m...y divorce with major child custody issues. The end result was honestly much better than I thought would ever happen to a single father in CALIFORNIA!!! There's no doubt she's one of the best Attorneys out there!

Rhonda is very competent as an attorney. She is fair, honest and she really has looked out for my best interests as a client. She has never tried to create extra conflict with me and my ex-wife in pursuit of gouging my pocket book and quite the contrary. Rhonda explained certain scenarios to me so th...at I didn't go to the poorhouse and still obtain the results I was looking for. She is AGGRESSIVE and has a winning attitude. She was very thorough in our initial consultation and really gave me the confidence that I was going to get to be the father I wanted to be. I'm grateful that I spoke to 4 separate attorneys and was able to finally settle on the best of the best. If you're a Father in search of a happy ending to your custody battle I would not hesitate to work with Rhonda. I'll update my review throughout my process of divorce and custody. Rhonda is amazing. She knows the law for sure. I had a previous lawyer who didn't do half as much for me as she did. Her fees are totally reasonable. I have recommended her to anyone I know having child custody isssues. She doesn't just work for a paycheck. She takes the time to know and care ab...out your case!
