I am so relieved I got to Ms. Hervatin
My first 5 minutes with Ms Hervatin, let me know that I have FINALLY got to a REAL W/C attorney. She knew in 5 minutes that I had not been appropriatly represented previously, that I was being "creamed". She has taken my case, and I cant wait to see how this works out. Very bright and smart.

Excellent workers comp atty.
Excellent! Helped me out with what other lawyers lead me to believe was hopeless, and got me money I didn't think I had coming. She's quick and efficient. I just sat back and let her go after my employer while I tended to my injuries, the way it should be!
