Of course you have to do your part by responding with the requests for certain documents needed for your B...ankruptcy and your Education Classes you have to take. Atty Kunde prepared me in advance with a questionnaire form to fill out well before the day of court. I knew exactly what would be asked from me and I was prepared with my answers. I noticed on the day of court that other people in the room who hired different Attorneys were not ready for court, being they were still filling out their questionnaires. At 8:00 am I was called to the table along with other of Atty Kunde’s clients and by 8:10 am I was finished to go home.
