I have been looking for the perfect lawyer to go ahead and file for bankruptcy for over a year. I met with a few lawyers that gave me some terrible advice and others that I just didn't connect with. Although I was ready to give up on finding the "perfect" lawyer, I looked on Yelp one last time. This ...is when I came across Kevin Kunde and his firm. All the reviews sounded promising and I decided to give his firm a call. I was nervous, embarrassed, and a little afraid because I had made some financial mistakes with credit cards and personal loans. Making that call to his firm to set up the consultation was probably one of the best decisions in my life. I walked into his office and instantly felt comfortable. I met with him and he is such a chill guy with so much knowledge on bankruptcy law. When I met with him, he was completely honest about fees and the process. He wasn't trying to take money from me or try to convince me to do anything. He laid out the facts. I knew I wanted to file and after meeting with him for 30 minutes I knew he was the lawyer I had been looking for. I met with him, paid the fees and decided to work with him all in the same day. A few days later I submitted paperwork he asked for in order to file and within two weeks my case had been filed. He has always been transparent and communicative with what needed to be done for my case and how it was going. He always responded to my emails when I had questions. He even sent me an email a few days prior in order to prepare for the 341 meeting. The entire time from filing to the 341 meeting I had no worries and I knew he was taking care of the case for me. On the day of the court, he showed up early and basically walked us the process. It was short and fast. Now, I am waiting for my discharge. I am so happy I decided to file and choose Kevin as my lawyer. I get a financial restart on my credit and my life. I hope after reading this review you really consider Kevin. It was the best experience ever with Kevin, I consulted several attorneys regarding my bankruptcy before I went to Kevin, and Kevin was very helpful and also the fees is very good.
