A botched filing!
I hired Brian to file a chapter 7 in 2017. When you hire a bankruptcy attorney, you assume they understand all the laws according to the county they are practicing in, right? Not Brian! After all was said and done, the back taxes that were supposed to be included in my chapter 7, were not discharged....
