Patent Attorney

Has handled many patent applications for us over the years. Our inventors enjoy working with him and have positive things to say. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, Accessible and Hardworking

For the past two years, I have been working with a start-up company that has a patented technology. If I have a question about the company's intellectual property, a contract or any other documentation, I consult Sean Senn. Sean is extremely knowledgeable in both the legal and business arena and he... explains difficult IP subject matter with ease to the average person. Sean also understands the unique stress and pressure that you go through while working at a start up and he always makes himself available. I truly appreciate his candor, wisdom and when necessary, his quick wit. He has the ability to keep you focused on the company's goals and guide you to the next step. I highly recommend him.

Solid startup counsel

As General Counsel for a biotech startup, I rely on Sean for all patent and licensing needs. He has always provided thorough holistic legal advice, while maintaining the kind of efficiency I appreciate as a startup representative with budget concerns.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
