The company I'm working for is doing a background employee check so I really need it to get done quickly. My case is a light offense but I don't want it in my record. It ...took one month and four days from the day it was submitted for my hearing to be scheduled and expungement to be granted. The chief attorney, Mr. David Huffman told me that I don't need to appear in court but I went to the court to verify I have a hearing on the date he gave me and there was =). I only dealt with Mr. David Huffman throughout the process and he's always there to answer my questions. I like that his responses are quick and in most instances, it's like we're messaging but we were actually using email. The price is comparable to the others I found online. After my expungement, Mr. Huffman also gave me pointers on what to expect after expungement. My case is in Placer county California.
