I would first like to say that they did exactly what I hired them to do. They got my felony reduced and expunged. And they do respond semi immediately. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about this law firm. The founding partner was who I worked with and did not feel respected by ...him. He was extremely rude, didn’t act like he cared about me, and made me feel as though he only does this for the fast money. When talking on the phone he comes off as though you are just another Joe Schmoe. I asked him for advice a few times on how to word things or to get information, he just comes off as if you are a bother and doesn’t care. With that being said I give this firm a 2 star rating. The lack of compassion really played a major role on my decision to write this review. If you are looking for a lawyer that doesn’t really seem to care about you but gets the job done this is the place for you. Lastly I want to say I am not writing this to hurt the firm. This is just my personal opinion based on my first hand experience with them.

After doing some research about expungement attorneys, I contacted and hired David Huffman. Since then he has been very available to me. His rates were also very reasonable. His office delivered as promised and also in a timely manner. I recently received confirmation and proof from him that both ex...pungement petitions he filed on my behalf have been granted by the courts. This is a huge relief for me. I would highly recommend him.

That is true, but I seriously always had the feeling that, while this was a business transaction, Mr. Huffman and his staff want things to go your way, and they want you to feel respected and dignified throughout the process. Pick these guys. You won't be disappointed.
