David Paul Huffman

I had sent a query to David Huffman at Fresh Start. He answered me quickly and by simply reviewing my circumstances, advised me into a situation that allowed me to buy my gun the following week. I was overlooking facts that he was able to advise me on as an attorney knowing the laws and what the DOJ ...allows. Thanks to him, I have my gun for protection in such uncertain times. David and his concern for my issue are was truly spectacular!! Cannot recommend enough! A personal touch you won't find elsewhere, for sure.

I would first like to say that they did exactly what I hired them to do. They got my felony reduced and expunged. And they do respond semi immediately. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about this law firm. The founding partner was who I worked with and did not feel respected by ...him. He was extremely rude, didn’t act like he cared about me, and made me feel as though he only does this for the fast money. When talking on the phone he comes off as though you are just another Joe Schmoe. I asked him for advice a few times on how to word things or to get information, he just comes off as if you are a bother and doesn’t care. With that being said I give this firm a 2 star rating. The lack of compassion really played a major role on my decision to write this review. If you are looking for a lawyer that doesn’t really seem to care about you but gets the job done this is the place for you. Lastly I want to say I am not writing this to hurt the firm. This is just my personal opinion based on my first hand experience with them.
