David Paul Huffman

When I interview David for an expungement attorney I was very jaded in my approach to California Attorney’s. After a DUI, I literally had 3+ CA attorneys that I had to fire after spending an enormous amount of money - over $35k total, before getting a flimsy resolution to the problem. Previously, by... CA attorneys, I was lied to, not represented in court in a timely manner, e.g., one attorney didn’t show up in court, so a warrant was issued for my arrest, just to name a few blunders. Thankfully, David proved my suspect completely wrong. He not only resolved my issue completely and totally, like he said he would, he approached me in a professional but kind and genuine manner, “but by the grace of God go I...”. Attorney Huffman and his law firm is excellent in getting my felony conviction expunged. They are very responsive when you email them, excellent in fact. My only complaint was in regard to information I sent to Mr. Huffman's firm, I believe it was one of his assistants wanted to charge me an addition...al $50 to convert my information that I sent into PDF. When I complained to Mr. Huffman, he quickly settled the matter and I was not charged the additional $50. I highly recommend Mr. Huffman and his firm, I am very very satisfied with his service.
