A True Lifesaver!

Unlike the other reviews for attorney Nguyen, we weren't looking for a lawyer to defend us, we needed someone to protect us from a stalker. We had previously interviewed another lawyer, but attorney Nguyen specializes in criminal law. Who better to protect us than someone who understands the work...ings of the criminal mind? The whole time we were dealing with this nightmare, I had the sense that attorney Nguyen was personally invested in making sure that we achieved a positive outcome, not just as a professional, but as a friend. His "go for the jugular" approach put the stalker his place and we are feeling much more at peace knowing that the law in on our side, and there to protect us.

Excellent Laywer

Kevin helped me out with a DUI case. He's very informative and helped me through every step of the way. Kevin got my fines and charges reduced. He also let me know what the sentenced would most likely be and prepared me to start with classes I needed and what i needed to do in order to get my license... back. His rates are very affordable, he understands the situation and helped me set up a payment plan which i can manage. Overall he's a great lawyer.

Took care of my DUI

I've had lawyers for different purposes before. Family law, business contracts, etc. The biggest problem I had was that they were not responsive. I could never get a hold of them. I wasn't sure if anything was going to get done. I was arrested for a DUI and I immediately called Kevin. I already knew ...him to be knowledgeable but first and foremost, he was calming. It was a scary situation and he walked me through the process. He was very thorough in his research and his action. He represented me well and told me exactly what to do. He attended my DMV hearing as well as my court hearing. That's why I respect him. Not only did he fight for me, he got me a reduced penalty, fine, and probation. I'm now getting a much lesser charge of a "wet" reckless. He fought hard and was always patient with my questions. Not only did he face the judge for me, he followed through with all the paperwork and appearances needed. Apparently, the DUI school I attended didn't send the paperwork correctly that I completed the program so thankfully, Kevin was there to follow up and tell the court that I finished all the necessary steps. Kevin is enthusiastic and very willing to fight. He gave me a very realistic expectation and he followed through to the letter. Even after the case is done, he's promised to help with any other follow up that may be necessary. I don't know completely what to do next, but I trust that Kevin will be there to help.
