Biography
Before graduating from McGeorge School of Law, I worked in state and federal court with the Sacramento County Public Defender, and the Federal Public Defender.
I aggressively represented dozens of clients, facing a variety of charges, from traffic offenses to DUIs, domestic violence, mayhem, criminal threats, marijuana possession, weapons charges, child endangerment, computer, social security, and tax fraud, and probation revocation.
I started working in private criminal defense practice in 2013 with Stephenson & Smith, Attorneys at Law, where I conducted felony preliminary hearings, trials, and plea negotiations.
Currently, I am a Deputy Public Defender with the Orange County Public Defender's Office, in the West Justice Center in Westminster, CA.
