I have known Tracy for more than 15 years and have used his services about 3 times but have consulted with him on numerous occasions. I had an eviction once and got my back rent paid through Tracy. I needed representation quickly. My fellow HOA Board Members trumped up allegations that I acted with impropriety. With zero support from my Management Company or other board members, Mr. Ettinghoff cut through red tape and cleared the air to reveal all the deception and non-truths wheeled against me... by fellow Board Members.
