Very ineffective
I was defrauded in real estate transaction when purchasing house in Mission Viejo. This client decided not to pursue this case and did not even agree to proceed to mediation which is what I recommended so her review seems to be just some kind of frustration that she is expressing. I can not be responsible for the outcome when a client does not follow my advice.
