I needed representation quickly. My fellow HOA Board Members trumped up allegations that I acted with impropriety. With zero support from my Management Company or other board members, Mr. Ettinghoff cut through red tape and cleared the air to reveal all the deception and non-truths wheeled against me... by fellow Board Members. It appears that the Board of Directors retained council, with Community Association dues, in an inappropriate and extreme manner. The disciplinary hearing appears to have been created solely for a bombshell effect and to polarize a fellow board member. This community’s Board of Directors voted that a misunderstanding occurred and concluded a censure was not appropriate.
