I met Chance approximately four years ago. I attended the Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws annual meeting several years in a row on behalf of my son who was convicted of three misdemeanors for indecent exposure. My biggest regret was not hiring Chance from the outset which was approximate...ly 8 years ago. Chance came through early July and notified us that my son's petition for dismissal was successful. I was very fortunate to have consulted with and ultimately secure, Chance Oberstein as my attorney.
