Avvo has clearl...y posted a red flag warning due to as they label “Professional Misconduct” on the part of Mr. Oberstein— Red Flag? That was my GREEN FLAG! Why? Chance is not only an Attorney, he is human, imagine that! Truly he through his own life experiences has gained much needed empathy and personal understanding, a characteristic trait often missing in legal council. I for one still have what I call a PTSD to anything legal although my offense took place over 20 years ago. I needed someone I could not only trust, but treat me honesty, consideration and a little kindness thrown in. I worked with Chance to get my Felony reduced to a Misdemeanor. Chance was there every step of the way, and set up my motion to succeed. I did everything thing he told me (letters etc) and helped me along the process. And sure enough the court granted my felony reduction to misdemeanor.
