Genuinely Grateful! When I met Chance some years back. I was on parole looking at 20 years (yikes). I set up a consultation with Mr. Oberstein. Where he was able to break down the law to me. I lucked out and found Chance through the ACSOL website. I was looking for an expungement and reduction to misdemeanor after completing my probation. Every lawyer I talked to said that because the laws had changed since my conviction, I would have to see an appellate lawyer to get my rights restore...d to be eligible for what I wanted to do and wouldn't take my case until that had been accomplished.
