I have been working with Chance Oberstein for the past 1 1/2 years to resolve my unique and complicated case. In 1981 I committed a misdemeanor sex offense that required me to register as a sex offender. After spending years registering as a sex offender, I was told that is was not possible of get a... Although My Live Scan indicated that the offense was a misdemeanor, the penal code section indicated otherwise. This was because the penal code numbers were changed in the interim.
