Foundation:

Skol Legal is veteran founded and operated. After earning a bachelors in philosophy, founder Brock Chwialkowski, served in the United States Marine Corps for the better part of the last decade. Among other accomplishments and duty assignments, he honorably served in Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Metal for his and his unit’s actions in theater (among other awards). Brock achieved the rank of Captain before leaving the Marine Corps in 2010.

After leaving the Marine Corps Brock continued his success in the corporate business world. Working in an executive leadership position at a Fortune 100 corporation until 2016. During this time, he also earned a Master’s of Science in Alternative Dispute Resolution from The Werner Institute – Creighton University School of Law.

Since leaving the corporate world Brock has dedicated himself to the practice of personal injury law and has helped recover over 2 million in damages for his clients as a Case Manager.
