Thomas is a very knowledgeable attorney that excels in customer service. He handled our case with compassion, understanding and a lot of diplomacy and perseverance. Not only he was reliable, calm and professional throughout the entire insane process but he saved us a lot of money by pointing out a flaw in the contract. He gets five stars!

Very pleased.
Thomas is amazing! He has decades of experience, and it shines through his work. My ex-employee was harassing me with a case, but after Thomas took my case and made a careful analysis, it turned upside down in favor of me. He knocked it out of the park. It was an incredible result, and I couldn't be more pleased about it.

Tom Nowland is scary smart
When my business was sued, Tom got involved immediately and determined that a cross complaint was warranted. The business that sued me, ended up paying ME to resolve the matter! Tom is very kind and easy to talk to. He explained my case in language I could easily understand. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to defend my business! Thank you Tom for all you have done for me and for my business!

I called Mr. Nowland for a no cost consultation related to a construction contract issue. He was generous with his time, explained all of the legal issues, variables, and possible outcomes to me in language that I could understand.
