Shane M. Emerson Coons

Newport Beach attorney Shane E. Coons is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and enjoys surfing, road and mountain biking, swimming, running, playing water polo, hiking, and camping.  Mr. Coons represents environmentally-conscious companies and individuals in protecting their interests and resolving disputes.

Throughout his legal career, attorney Coons has represented individuals and businesses navigating numerous issues, including contract and all forms of business disputes, fraud, intellectual property, insurance, and negligence.

Mr. Coons has also represented clients on all forms of simple and complex real estate litigation, including lender representation, landlord-tenant problems, purchase and sale, quiet title, partition, trespass, nuisance, and mechanic’s liens.  In fact, Mr. Coons was a property manager for large complexes before he went to law school.
