Scott James Eadie

I hired Scott Eadie as my worker's comp attorney around 2005. While Scott seems to be a trustworthy attorney, he leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to responding to phone calls. I normally have to call 3 to 4 times before he will call me back. I was told by my workers comp doctor that when a... procedure is rejected by the insurance company it is my responsibility to file a appeal. My attorney never told me that and now I have to wait a year to request the physical therapy my doctor recommended. Nice guy but he will not fight for you or return your calls. If you are looking for a good workers compensation attorney, call someone else.

I also highly recommend Mr Eadie. He is a very smart professional attorney. I also previously had another attorney previously represent me. I can tell you there is a huge difference between an attorney who is aggressive and knowledgeable, which is what Mr Eadie is, as appose to one that is not. He attacked like a junk yard dog that went to an excellent law school. In court I found the Court respected him and his examination of me compr...ehensive and thorough. Scott is an exception to this perception and is a rare breed in his field. Hard-working, trustworthy and extremely capable. I unqualifiably recommend this man.
