Alvandi Law Group took my workers comp case when others did not want to give me the time of day, My work was giving me the run around and did not want to send me to a doctor. The attorneys office quickly sent me out to a doctor. I had many many questions and Sheila and Veronica have been very patient... with me in answering them. They have helped me get benefits while I am out of work.

I stumbled upon this law office online and decided to call for a free consultation and spoke with a Michel. Michel spoke spanish and english which was extremely helpful since the consultation was actually for my mother. SHe explained the whole process of a workers comp case to my mother and I, and ga...ve us samples of what if's, which made us understand the importance of representation. My mom ended up signing up and she was able to get my mom a doctor appointment to see a doctor within a couple of weeks of signing up. I recommend this office for many other reasons as well. I helped someone in my family find and retain the law firm of Mr. Alvandi. I speak to the office on behalf of my family member and I can say a few things. The Customer Service is pretty good. They take a while to answer or return calls, but I can only imagine how busy a firm can be. I do Customer Ser...vice in a Debt Settlement Department and the calls are extremely crazy, not to mention the amount of messages left on my voicemail daily. I can only imagine how much more complicated the situation at a firm is. I feel that the job is getting done. And if they ever have updates they are sure to call. I don't bother them much. But I keep in mind that they are not hourly payed by us and if they settle our case they will only receive 15%. So after a long time of thinking about, it made me wonder and I came to the conclusion that if they only make money if case wins, I am sure they are doing everything on their end to make sure that is exactly what happens. We are happy, not worried at all.
