I have successfully handled numerous trials, arbitrations, mediations, appeals, and pre-litigation disputes. These matters include disputes in the following areas as both plaintiff and defense counsel: breach of contracts, business/commercial fraud, construction defect, construction delay, real estate contracts, real estate fraud, broker/finder, estates (beneficiary/trustee disputes), insurance bad faith and coverage, interference with contract and business relations, unfair competition, trade secrets/intellectual property, wrongful termination, personal injury, auto accidents, and general business. Liability exposure on these cases has ranged from under $1 million to over $50 million dollars. I am also currently handling numerous mass tort cases and represent thousands of plaintiffs against SCE and PG&E in the 2022 Laguna Niguel Coastal wildfire, and the 2017 and 2018 wildfires that occurred in Northern and Southern California.
