Biography
Uri Litvak is a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of diverse legal and business experience. Uri was formerly with the law firm of Skadden Arps in New York, which is consistently ranked as one of the top law firms in the United States. He has also served as corporate counsel for both multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies, such as Cendant/Trilegiant and AIG, as well as small entrepreneurial start ups.
Uri founded his law firm on the three pillars of integrity, excellence, and diligence. He is driven by a desire to provide cutting edge legal solutions and to be instrumental in helping the firm's clients achieve their business objectives in a cost effective manner.
