Michael Burke has represented me or been involved in business projects with me since 2011. I was on the board of directors of a company that Michael represented. Michael represented me in a corporate governance dispute with one of the company’s major shareholders. As a lawyer and litigator, Michae...l’s experience and foresight brings unprecedented results. He correctly predicted the adverse party’s strategy, and prevailed at every turn in the litigation, obtaining a complete defense verdict in the matter. On appeal, he argued for an interpretation of California law which exonerated the board from any liability, and prevailed in that forum as well. I cannot speak highly enough of his skills as an attorney and advocate. I have also tapped Michael’s expertise as a business consultant in a number of projects. He is a quick study, and has a creative approach to addressing strategic partnerships, financing, marketing and operational issues with companies that he studies. Michael Burke is an outstanding lawyer who we hired to represent our condo Homeowners Association in a dispute with our management company.
