I am sooooo sooooo happy I chose to work with Neena at Nguyen Law Group!! Prior to hiring her, I had another attorney that was pushing me to settle my child custody modification case. They were advising me to just hand over joint legal and physical custody and agree to a visitiation plan with the fat...her of my child even though he has been completely absent from my child's life since 2019. In addition to that he has a history of abuse (verbal and physical) and a recent criminal history. He unbelievably was even threating me through the talking parents app during this process! I was completely against changing the order I have had since 2019 awarding me sole legal and physical custody.
