I am sooooo sooooo happy I chose to work with Neena at Nguyen Law Group!! Prior to hiring her, I had another attorney that was pushing me to settle my child custody modification case. They were advising me to just hand over joint legal and physical custody and agree to a visitiation plan with the fat...her of my child even though he has been completely absent from my child's life since 2019. In addition to that he has a history of abuse (verbal and physical) and a recent criminal history. He unbelievably was even threating me through the talking parents app during this process! I was completely against changing the order I have had since 2019 awarding me sole legal and physical custody. My prior attorney seen no point in putting up a fight against the father's motion to modify custody and I felt so defeated and scared my life would be turned upside down if the court forced this man back into our lives. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I recently had to deal with a situation nobody wants to deal but a situation which none the less had to be addressed. This was the hardest thing I have had to deal with I would have preferred to Learn how to walk for a 3rd time and deal with the pain again before dealing with this....
