As a competitive endurance athlete I put my all into my events, and I can honestly say in my experience with Joe Higuera, he does the same. I have never used and attorney before and hopefully I never will need another. I will certainly use no other if I do. Joe was very attentive to my needs he retu...rned every call promptly. He and his staff guided me through every step of the process, and really took the worry out of my recovery. Two years ago, I was waiting at a traffic light for the light to turn green, when a driver crossing through the intersection ran a red light and lost control of her vehicle in an attempt to avoid a driver who was legally driving through the intersection. She hit me head on and did major damage to my ...car and I suffered whiplash for which i received several months of treatment. My insurer had my car repaired. which included straightening the frame. I paid my deductible to get the car out of the shop and also car hire expenses. Unfortunately, the driver of the other car had minimal coverage and my insurer has yet to be reimbursed for the repairs to my car. Even tho' I am apparently entitled to be made whole before my insurer gets paid, this has not happend as my insurer is pursuing the driver personally to get reimbursement. So Joe is battling on - trying to get my insurer to reimburse me for my deductible and car hire expenses; and to get me compensation for dimunition in value to my vehicle. For 2 years now Joe has been going to bat on my behalf against both insurers. He has been absolutely amazing - always keeping me informed, - which has proved quite difficult on occaisions as I live overseas for part of the year. This is not a big money earner for him, far from it, yet he has been very persitent and very patiently answers all my questions, going out of his way to explain the situation in a way which I can understand. Just this month his persistence paid off and he has managed to obtain medical damages from the other party's insurers. We still have a year to go to obtain the rest of my compensation and I know that Joe will not rest until he has found a way to get me fully compensated. I can highly recommend Joe. He is a good listener, highly personable, very energetic and very knowledgeable and persistent.
