Mr. Aliberti represented me in a civil lawsuit involving real estate property. The negotiations went on since August of 2021 to March 2023. Mr. Aliberti was able to get a settlement in February 2023. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the law. He was able to negotiate a se...ttlement that was more than fair for the amount I would have to pay to the plaintiff. He went above and beyond with his handling of my case. He desires a rating of A plus. I’m sure that another attorney could have done any better. I would hire him again if needed. I just hope I don’t have to in the future because this was a very difficult lawsuit.

Joe was rude and arrogant. I'm new to litigation and was referred to him by my lawyers at Parker Stanbury which is part of my legalshield membership. I summarized the situation with the property line dispute, stated that I am writing a letter to my neighbor to try to resolve the dispute first and n...eed a quote for how much he would charge to take on my case or to consult. He interrupted me before I could finish that it is a bad idea to put anything in writing it it's not a settlement negotiation because it can be used in court but didn't allow me to respond that it was at the advice of the Parker Stanbury lawyer. He kept interrupting me to state he will not act as a consultant as he has 28 years of experience and then declared that he is going to decline the referral as he seemed to think I wanted to represent myself. Thank goodness he was so obnoxious in the first phone call as I will never hire someone like that.

I asked him to review some documents for a real estate transaction. It involved working with trusts and he really didn't answer any of my questions. It only seemed like he was interested in having me have a whole set of documents written up by his office. I was not impressed nor trust his knowledg...e of the real estate field.
