Joseph Mathew Aliberti

Joe was rude and arrogant. I'm new to litigation and was referred to him by my lawyers at Parker Stanbury which is part of my legalshield membership. I summarized the situation with the property line dispute, stated that I am writing a letter to my neighbor to try to resolve the dispute first and n...eed a quote for how much he would charge to take on my case or to consult. He interrupted me before I could finish that it is a bad idea to put anything in writing it it's not a settlement negotiation because it can be used in court but didn't allow me to respond that it was at the advice of the Parker Stanbury lawyer. He kept interrupting me to state he will not act as a consultant as he has 28 years of experience and then declared that he is going to decline the referral as he seemed to think I wanted to represent myself. Thank goodness he was so obnoxious in the first phone call as I will never hire someone like that.

I hired Mr. Aliberti for a civil contract dispute. He is one of the worst attorneys I've ever hired. He consistently lacked confidence in his ability to handle the case. He didn't develop a strategy to win. My case, while it may have been a difficult one, good attorneys--just decent attorneys foc...us solutions and a way to win. He literally removed himself from my case while fully paid, and wouldn't even stay on for a few days to allow me to hire another attorney. He literally left me standing on the "court house steps" unrepresented. When he figured he was out lawyered by opposing counsel he was "out". Unbelievable!!

This attorney is SO rude! I had a friend call him after a few weeks after getting a referral from a company to him and he got mad at her for taking a couple of days to get back to him for personal reasons. He didn't even hear her out as to why she needed to take the time or anything like that he just... rudely said "to not call again and to find another attorney". He is just a rude old man.
