Seems to not be concerned with court appointed defendants
Did not research the case, did not return phone calls or emails. Didnt do much of anything really aside from showing up. Very disappointed.

Lights are on but nobody is home.
Very disappointed. I don't believe he was trying at all. Its like he was physically present but not mentally.

Let down
Did not meet his legal obligations as an attorney, did not have his clients best outcome in mind. Did absolutely nothing the entire process but show up to court to assist with aiding the prosecution in screwing over the defendant by continuing to push charges that were NOT VALID NOT TRUE AND EASILY C...

Used Mr. Downey for my case; was excellent at doing what he said he would do, following items to their destination and communicating. Would use him again and recommend him highly. Wish I would have known of him sooner - he worked with me out of state, as I am not a resident of California.
