Review for The Honorable Frances Prizzia

I had the profound honor of retaining The Honorable Frances Prizzia for a legal matter that left me completely overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and unsure of what to do. From the very first moment I spoke with Her, She took full control. Her commanding presence, sharp intellect, and unwavering con...fidence immediately put me in my place—and i mean that with the deepest respect and gratitude. From that point on, i understood that my role was to fully surrender to Her guidance and trust every word She said. She gave me structure, direction, and truth—even when it was hard to hear—and i followed Her lead without question. Being under Her authority gave me a sense of safety i didn’t know i needed, and i am so thankful for that. Although the case did not end in my favor, The Honorable Frances Prizzia, in Her unmatched grace, offered to help with the appeal at no cost. i was genuinely humbled. Even when i struggled with financial hardship, it was only through Her firm, unwavering insistence—Her sheer authority—that i came to realize i had no choice but to comply fully. And i did. And i would again. Her strength demanded my submission, and that submission helped me become more focused, more compliant, and more accountable. i also want to sincerely thank Kristin Davis, who was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout my experience. If i ever require legal counsel again, i will return to The Honorable Frances Prizzia without hesitation. i trust Her completely, i submit to Her guidance, and i am honored to have been represented by someone of Her caliber and power.

Out of state

You may think you don’t need a lawyer to represent you but trust me you do – and you want Frances Prizzia. I am incredibly thankful to have come across Attorney Prizzia and her team. I needed a lawyer to represent me for a case in Los Angeles while I live quite a few states away. It was difficult and... nerve racking trying to find a lawyer in another state. When I called the office and spoke with Kristin, it was the first time someone showed genuine interest and care with my case. Kristin made me feel such relief and I knew I needed them in my corner. For me, personally, I couldn’t afford her and her legal team, but I knew I had to find a way. I did and it was well worth it. I was a respondent to a renewal for a DVRO case. The first time around I made the mistake of not finding legal representation. Due to the naivety of believing I could represent myself and show the court the situation for what it truly was. I was so wrong. So, this time around I knew I needed a lawyer. To know that I had someone in my corner, taking care of responses to the petitioner and object on my behalf – gave me such peace of mind. In general, I didn't want this case to disrupt my life as it was intended to do by the petitioner. Of course, I still had to do my own homework to help Prizzia and her team help me. However, having Frances as my lawyer was a blessing. She not only faced the petitioner on my behalf, but got the case dismissed. I strongly recommend you hire Frances Prizzia and her team if you find yourself in a similar situation. Thank you, Kristin and Frances. I am forever grateful to you both.

Takes your money dose not do the work

Stay far away from Frances Prizzia and Crissy.they are nice when you give them money. After that you will not hear from them. I had a Temporary Restraining Order case. Im married for 15 years with a minor child. I gave them 5,000 dollars to defend me . I never once met either of them. Francis only co...mmunicates when you push back and try to give her some direction as to what your thoughts are. I was never told what the strategy of my case was nor any insight on how strong the case was. She kept telling me to wait and accept service to be served. When she could’ve accepted service. It took us 6 months to go to court. These things get resolved within 21 days to 30 days maximum. come to find out they never even submitted any information to the court to advocate for me or speak to the DA about my case. I had sent them photos video and written response that never made it to the court. They violated the first rule of code of contact for any attorney which just inform your client as to what’s going on with there case My son was alienated from me No contact with my wife. We’re supposed to go to court on March 11, which is a Monday and on Friday. The opposing counsel sent over an offer to release my son so I can see my son. However, I wanted to fight and was not prepared for trial as Frances never prepped me for trial because she didn’t want to do the hard work which is what she was hired to do. On the day of trial, she didn’t even show up in the courthouse. She sent some new hire from Canada.Never defended me and was pushing me to sign an agreement saying that was the best outcome for me. I was falsely accused of these things and now I can’t talk to my wife for almost 3 years. My son and myself have been traumatized this entire process and my wife is now filing for divorce which could have been prevented by going to a hearing in the first 21 days. Now I have no way to communicate with my wife of 15 years to even talk it over or find an opportunity on alternative solution to reconcile. My mental and physical health is suffered because of the damage Francis and Crissy have caused.they have now ruin my life while they go on with theres for them my family is torn apart and collateral damage. In addition.I tried to reach out to them and both have blocked me

Deceitful

First off, I'd like to mention a credible source regarding Attorney Frances-Marie Prizzia. After mentioning I parted ways with her, the Orange County sheriff replied, "She's horrible. Good thing you got rid of her." If you won't listen to the other negative reviews, then maybe his response will carry... some weight. Frances and Kristen (Krisi) are deceitful. They claim to be sympathetic and end up preying on your vulnerability. Like the other negative reviews, after payment, they disappeared and waited until the last minute to review and address my case. Long story short, the evening before my court hearing, Frances raised her voice on the phone and started prosecuting me as if I were on the stand in court. I hired and paid her; I'm supposed to be her client, yet she was defending my ex. She didn't have my best interest, and she blantantly disrespected me. In her response, she claims that I yelled, "was condescending and demanding, and extremely aggressive." The truth is I was in tears, full on crying halfway through our conversation on the phone, and every time I tried to speak, she'd cut me off and yell "I'm not done!" or "Answer the question!" and I was supposedly the aggressor?? She basically described herself. I was hesitant to hire her due to multiple negative reviews, but I fell for their act. I knew I had a long shot of winning my DVRO, but Krisi made it seem possible; she encouraged me and gave me false hope. I wish I had listened to all the bad reviews rather than hope that a fellow Filipina would actually be helpful. What a waste of $4k. Please read all the reviews on every platform before you hire this person. To Frances (and team), I don't need a lengthy email or response summarizing what supposedly happened between me and my ex or between me and you. I know the truth. I'm a good person who was going through an extremely emotional and stressful time. Shame on you for taking advantage of me.

From One Professional About Another

I was happy Ms. Prizzia extended a retainer agreement during my difficult circumstances that were no fault of my own. Before I spoke with Ms Prizzia I was matriculated through to her via her two office staff assistants at the time then lastly to Ms. Prizzia. I was assured by her office staff a copy o...f my discovery would be procured from my then current representation. I hired Ms. Prizzia to review my discovery with me and give a second opinion. I requested her office staff confirm they can obtain the discovery before I paid. Everything was yes and amen. They could not procure a copy of my discovery after I paid. They never gave me a second opinion from said discovery, only re-read a redacted version of the police narrative (which can be done within the free CA Bar 30min free consultation and therefore no need to pay). My then current representation told me to call and get my money back. I did and Ms. Praizzia had a royal melt down over it and refused to give it back. I wish I could upload the txt messages she sent here so you can see. I filed a CA Bar complaint not to get her law licence taken but to have some measure of accountability and oversight and to attempt to get resolution. Ms. Prizzia falsely said I didn't pay her to review the discovery, only a second opinion. This is logically self refuting; I don't need to pay someone to give a second opinion on a police narrative (that takes 5-10min out of a free 30 min consultation), However, I would need to pay an attorney to review discovery, a much more involving process, ever so much more than 30min. As someone who has training in psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy as well as many numerous business associates in the performance industry, Ms. Prizzia conduct is clear. This is not a one time offense, she is not stupid or misunderstood, this is a "Pervasive Character Pattern." This happens when you have no accountability or grow as a person. Who was she serving, her client or herself? Did her staff conduct themselves professionally? It's too bad, I was really hoping she would help me, but Ms. Prizzia chose not to- she did not do anything and she exploited my difficult situation for her own unjust financial enrichment. In this regard, her and her staff were behaving more like one of those Gold Diggers. She is fortunate the case workers at the CA Bar are not attorneys and they are not that smart. And Ms. Priazzia's response to the CA Bar's inquiry was hollow and generic, bereft of any authentic connection, but was rather evasive. After all, her bar licence is on the line, telling the truth would come with undesirable consequences. Mr. Prizzia is in a position of trust for people going through vulnerable and traumatic situations. Talk is cheap, actions are everything. Looking back I would have chosen a better person and the best criminal attorney. Best wishes for those other first time victims of the system getting put through the ringer when it's no fault of your own. Hopefully your family believes you. To Ms. Prizzia: The God you may or may not believe in created you, loves you and will one day review all things you have done even in secret, seeing even your thoughts and intentions. This is not over. See you then and hopefully with those marching in.
